🔄 Monthly Shipping Cycle
- Cut-off: Last Sunday of every month (AEST)
- Breaks joined on or before the last Sunday → shipped the following week
- Breaks joined after the last Sunday → roll into next month's shipment
- All mail is pooled for combined shipping — one big parcel, sent express and tracked
- All shipping is automated — no manual adjustments
📬 Your Responsibility
- Keep your shipping address updated in your customer portal
- SSB is not liable for lost or misdelivered items due to incorrect details
- No replacements, refunds, or credits for address errors

- Cards held for up to 3 months
- We'll attempt to contact you multiple times
- Final notice sent 1 week before the 3-month deadline
- If no response: cards are forfeited and donated to Cards for Kids Charity
🚨 No Refunds or Replacements
Cards forfeited or lost due to incorrect or missing information will not be refunded or replaced. It is your responsibility to keep your account details current.

Free Monthly Shipping – Terms & Conditions Effective From: 02/06/2025
As part of our ongoing commitment to levelling up the Signature Sports Breaks (SSB) experience, we're excited to offer Free Express Monthly Shipping on all break orders for active members. All cards are pooled into one combined monthly shipment — a bigger box, better value, fully tracked.
1. Eligibility
Free shipping is available only to members with an active Signature Website Account and a valid, up-to-date postal address on file.
Free shipping activates once your box meets the minimum shippable volume (20 cards). All cards accumulated throughout the month are pooled together into a single combined shipment, making it easier and more cost-effective for everyone.
The more breaks you join, the bigger your monthly box. Cards are held securely and added to your parcel throughout the month until the cut-off.
Members are solely responsible for keeping their shipping details current within the Signature Customer Portal. This offer applies to break orders only. Other store purchases may not qualify unless explicitly stated.
2. Shipping Process & Address Responsibility
The cut-off for each monthly cycle is the last Sunday of the month (AEST). Breaks joined on or before this date will be shipped the following week. Breaks joined after the cut-off will roll into the next month's shipment.
All mail is pooled for combined shipping. Shipments are sent express and tracked as part of our automated monthly schedule. Due to the volume of packages processed, manual adjustments after shipping begins cannot be accommodated.
Any loss or delay due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping details is the sole responsibility of the member. SSB will not offer compensation, replacements, or refunds in such cases.
Members will be reminded via email and social media prior to each cut-off to review and update their shipping information.
3. Missing or Incomplete Shipping Information
If no valid postal address is provided, your cards will be held for up to 3 months from the date of the break. SSB will attempt to contact you via text and email during this period. A final contact attempt will be made 1 week before the 3-month deadline, including a link for shipping payment if applicable.
4. Forfeiture & Donation
If no response or action is taken within 7 days of the final notice, cards will be considered forfeited and donated to the Cards for Kids Charity. By failing to respond, members waive all rights to the cards and agree that no further correspondence will be entered into. No claims for value, resale potential, or replacement will be accepted after forfeiture.
5. No Refunds or Reimbursements
Cards forfeited due to lack of address, lack of response, or unpaid shipping will not be refunded, replaced, or reimbursed under any circumstance. SSB accepts no liability for missed shipments due to failure to maintain correct account information.
