📦 Weekly Shipping Request – Facebook Breaks

This form is for Signature Sports Breaks Facebook members who would like their cards shipped in our weekly mail-out.

Shipping is FREE for all Facebook breaks.

How weekly shipping works

All breaks that run Monday to Sunday are shipped the following Wednesday.

Shipping is completed by request only.

Submitting this form lets us know you’re ready for your cards to go out.

Important notes

Please submit one shipping request per week.

This form is for Facebook break cards only.

If you are still in upcoming breaks, you may prefer to wait and ship everything together.

Accessories may be included if they fit with your cards.

Merchandise ships separately.

Once submitted

Your cards from breaks completed Monday–Sunday will be packed and shipped the following Wednesday.

Tracking details will be provided once your shipment is processed.
